Now that Halloween has come and gone, we are getting into the giving spirit over here at LMP! Our team, who is like a family, LOVES nothing more than giving unique, meaningful gifts, to each other over the holiday season. Almost every one of us celebrates a different winter holiday between Christmas and Hanukkah, making gift giving that much more special. Since our schedules are so full over the winter season, we celebrate the holidays early in our office spreading the joy for a longer amount of time.

Our key to a successful party is serving killer cocktails. We take great pride in the drinks that mix up always attempting a unique spin on old classics. For our holiday gift swap party we stationed a super fun bar cart with a couple of our favorite liquors and a variety of refreshing and delicious Schweppes® Sparkling Waters (see here for even more ways people are using them this holiday season!) for our team to mix in as they wish.

We find it easiest to go to our local Walmart when shopping for a party so we can pick up all the supplies that we need in one stop. We found 8-packs of Schweppes Lemon Lime and Black Cherry Sparkling Water which are now available at Walmart (plus two other flavors as well!) but these two, in particular, happen to be perfect flavors for the Holiday season!

We set out cold cans of the Schweppes® Sparkling Waters with glass carafes of gin and vodka, a variety of pretty glassware, and fresh cranberries and limes to garnish and compliment each drink with.

In case there was anyone who wanted to go straight for the Schweppes® Sparkling Water, we set out pretty paper straws for everyone to enjoy in their drink or a can. Of course no party is complete without something sweet. So we plated glittery cupcakes onto a white cake stand for our team to enjoy while opening gifts and sipping on sparkling cocktails.

Naturally, being the creative team that we are, we had some fun on the wall behind our couch to create a festive look for the holidays. Our team took some of the beautifully wrapped gifts and taped them to the wall. They got extra crafty with a DIY’d “JOY” sign made out of wire and twinkle lights.

With our presents wrapped and our ingredients ready, I mixed up everyone’s preferred cocktail and served them on a confetti filled “Cheers” tray. Then, we all sat on the couch, sipped, snacked and swapped our gifts.

The Fall and Holiday seasons are an extremely busy time for us, so it was so nice for everyone to relax and refresh for a few minutes. It also helped us all get into the Holiday spirit!
