Working with clients for a second and third time is such an amazing testament to the business that we've built. We recently got that chance for the Vanity Fair Lingerie "Women Who Do" Blogger Summit, held in NYC. We helped turn their otherwise plain and unexciting white showroom into an impressive canvas to immerse bloggers into the Vanity Fair brand and showcase their products. We started by dressing up the lobby couch with a few teal and silver throw pillows and a shag throw. The reception desk was outfitted with white buckets of green & white flowers and silver spray painted succulents. Every showroom had cage walls to hang product from so we thought why not dress it up a little. For the first showroom, we styled the bras along with gorgeous paper flowers in different sizes and colors. To evoke the feeling of a changing room, we added different shaped mirrors to the walls. The boring desk chairs were removed and clear ghost chairs were set out to introduce a more modern feel to the room. Plush shag throws were hung on a few chairs and a silver & white striped runner set down the middle of the conference table. Teal mason jars contained branded pencils for each blogger to use or take home. We also added a few more bud vases with white flowers and silver sprayed succulents. A VF branded water bottle was preset for each blogger before her arrival. The next conference room was where the guests learned all about the Vanity Fair Brand and were also introduced to the Dress for Success partnership. We styled this long wooden conference table with dip dyed ombre vases filled with grey succulents. Bud vases with a single bloom and pitchers of lemon water also lined the center of the table. VF branded cocktail napkins and a sharpened VF pencil was at each place setting, along with a glass of ice water with a grey patterned straw and a homemade granola bar. The cages in this room were used to introduce and showcase the complete line of VF products. The bar was one of our favorite parts of the event. We turned to our faves at Please B Seated Rentals for this amazing chalkboard bar. The Vanity Fair logo came to life thanks to an incredibly talented chalkboard artist we commissioned. As guests arrived they enjoyed early morning coffee, fresh squeezed OJ mimosas and ice cold watermelon juice. After a few minutes of mingling, the passed breakfast bites began to come out...and one was more delicious (and gorgeous!) than the next. Cobblestone Catering nailed it again. Buttermilk biscuits with a quail egg and bacon, frittata bites with asparagus and goat cheese, mini pancakes with blueberry compote, french toast skewers with banana, mini quiche wedges with caramelized onion; every morsel was fabulous - and we would know, Seri and I sampled everything that came out of that kitchen! In addition to the passed, we set up a lounge area with homemade mini scones, pastries, and a make-your-own parfait bar. We outfitted the lounge area with shag rugs, retro teal chairs and an ombre bra wall. To the food table we added watering cans filled with fresh herbs, tons of white and green flowers and inspirational quotes successful women bloggers. We also set out a charging station for smartphones and tablets. After the morning breakfast session, bloggers headed over to Macy's and we turned over the showrooms. A mini dessert bar (our favorite!) was set out in the lounge for bloggers to nibble at after their whirlwind day. It was an amazing event with amazing people. We absolutely love working with this entire team and look forward to doing it all over again!
