April FOOLS ya FOOLS!

My kids are cool. And I love em. But ya know…they also make me nuts SO…this April Fools, I’m gonna fool em…and I’m gonna fool em good.

Let me give you some context behind these ideas…

Back when we lived in New York City, the kids used to get hot lunch at school every day. I think it was 3 bucks a day and they flippin’ loved the food. It was so gourmet! A couple years later, our bonehead mayor made ALL New York City lunches FREE. I was appalled. Give a free lunch to those who need it. NOT to the kids of the bankers. OY. Well…right after that change, lunch went to shit and my kids HATED it. SO guess what? Every day since then, I have made them lunch for school because my lunches….? ARE THE BEST.

Well lunch tomorrow…is gonna look a little different….

Moldy bread? WOOPS!

Spiders in your fruit? GROSS.

A worm sticking out of your apple? YUCK!

Sadly, my children are way too old and smart to fall for this. Do you have young kids who you make lunch for? Do this to them!! And of course include a note that reads…HAPPY FOOLS DAY!
