Festive Cranberry and Ginger Mojitos

I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's time to start planning for December Holidays! Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, for the next month we will all be scrambling to buy gifts, decorate and cook for the many gatherings that will be happening to celebrate.

Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa.. these Festive Cranberry Ginger Mojitos are sure to get you in the spirit and knock the socks off of your friends and family.

Here's what you need: -Gingeroo Old Spicy New Orleans Cocktail Mixture -white rum -fresh cranberries -fresh mint -fresh lime -ice

Here's what to do: 1) To your rocks glasses, add some fresh mint leaves and cranberries. Measure 1/2 oz of rum to each cocktail glass on top of mint and cranberries.

2) Use a muddler or wooden spoon to crush and muddle the cranberries and mint.

3) Add ice to each glass, filling about 3/4 of the way.

4) Fill up your glass the rest of the way with the Gingeroo Cocktail mix. Garnish your glasses with lime slice, and add a straw for sipping.

How delicious is that? The red of the cranberries and the green of the mint, limes and gingeroo make this cocktail the ultimate Christmas libation.

Dreading those family get togethers? Throw back a few of these and you will have no problem discussing politics and religion around the dinner table.

That's all... See you next week!
