Nothing says fresh summer eats like a perfectly seasonal grilled peach pizza. Warm goat cheese melted onto grilled crunchy naan, juicy peaches, fragrant basil and sweet balsamic glaze.
This is the easiest crowd pleaser! You'll definitely want to add this to your end of summer bbq menu.
Serves 1 Adapted from a recipe I found on Two Peas and their Pod.
Ingredients: Naan 1 peach Handful basil leaves Goat cheese Pine nuts Balsamic glaze Arugula sprouts (garnish)
Directions: Preheat grill to 350 Sprinkle goat cheese on naan, throw on the bbq for 5 minutes Meanwhile slice peaches and thinly ribbon basil Place peaches, pine nuts and basil on top of warm goat cheese Drizzle balsamic glaze and finish with sprouts (optional garnish)
