Twine is so Fine

Instant decor by recycling...now it doesn't get easier then this... I finished a bottle of mustard the other day and threw it in the sink. When I went to do the dishes I cleaned the little jar out and was going to drop it into my recycling bin. But ah ha. It was a great shape! So I washed off the label and added some twine. I took a hot glue gun and put one dab to secure the twine to the bottle. Then I wrapped the twine around to give my new found jar a wide belly band. When I was satisfied with the amount of twine that I wrapped around the bottle I added another drop of glue and secured the twine to the jar. I snipped the twine that was hanging off and voila! A pretty vase for flowers, herbs or on your desk with pencils! What are you doing yourself? We'd love to see how you are gettin' crafty!
