Can I have balloons and party decor at the Nocatee Waterparks?
Yes!
The Social Society can deliver and install balloon garlands and party décor for events at the Nocatee water parks, and balloon garlands are allowed outdoors.
We have worked on celebrations at the water parks and know that outdoor installations require a little more planning than an indoor party. Florida heat, sun, wind and weather all need to be considered when choosing balloons and décor.
There are also rules surrounding events at Nocatee amenities. For example, we know that selling merchandise and bringing in food trucks are not permitted. We always recommend confirming the most current rules for your specific reservation directly with Nocatee before your event.
And yes, we can handle the balloons and décor so you don't have to!
Can I have a party with balloons at a Nocatee Park or Pavilion?
Absolutely.
We've set up parties at the rentable pavilions throughout Nocatee, and they're a great option for birthdays, family celebrations and other gatherings.
The Social Society can deliver your balloons, décor and party supplies directly to your event and handle the setup for you.
Our delivery and setup fee varies based on the location and scope of your event.
Can balloon garlands and party decor be transported by golf cart in Nocatee?
We don't recommend it.
We know golf carts are part of everyday life in Nocatee, but they're not the best way to transport balloons. Wind can cause balloons to pop, become damaged or even blow away before they make it to the party.
We transport our balloon installations by vehicle whenever possible and offer professional delivery and setup in Nocatee and Ponte Vedra for an additional fee. It's one less thing to worry about on party day.
We do however, offer help with adding balloons to your golf carts if you are looking to ride around with school spirite, the Fourth of July parade or of course, Halloween! We can style your golf cart up for you for any holiday!
Does The Social Society set up Parties on the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach?
We love a beautiful beach party, but The Social Society does not currently provide beach installations.
Beach setups can be unpredictable. Wind, direct sun, bugs, crowds and changing weather can all affect balloons, florals and décor. Depending on the location and type of setup, permits may also be required.
But that doesn't mean we can't help you throw a gorgeous beach party.
We can create a customized Party in a Box with the koozies, plates, cups, napkins, decorations, tabletop pieces and other party supplies you need. You pick it up and take it to the beach, making your setup much easier.

Is The Social Society insured for private events?
Yes.
The Social Society can provide proof of insurance when required for an event or venue.
Many private clubs, event spaces and other venues require outside vendors to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before allowing them on property. If your venue requires one, just let us know as part of the planning process.
Can The Social Society deliver and set up at private venues and country clubs in Ponte Vedra?
Yes. We do it all the time.

Every venue operates differently. Some have designated loading areas, limited setup windows, vendor insurance requirements or specific rules about when décor can arrive.
Our team coordinates directly with your venue to follow its delivery, load-in and setup requirements.
You shouldn't have to spend your event day worrying about how the balloon garland is getting through the service entrance or when the backdrop needs to arrive. That's our job.

Yes!
While our party shop is located in Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, Florida, our services are not limited to the immediate area. We provide balloon, décor and event delivery throughout Jacksonville, Duval County, St. Johns County and throughout Florida.
