Brunch is best

I notice that during the holidays, people tend to get extra stressed and rightfully so. With all of the gifts to buy, family to see and entertaining to do, it all adds up financially and emotionally.

If you want to entertain over the holidays and don’t want the stress over it, here’s what I suggest…. BRUNCH! Brunch is so easy and stress free. It can be pretty without all of the fuss and doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Don’t worry about serving hot food, you can pick up or order in bagels, cream cheese, add in sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Fruit is a must and you can buy it pre-chopped so you can save time with the prep. Pick up some pretty pastries and plate them on pedestal cake stands if you have some so you can give some hight to your table. If you don’t have pedestals or cake stands, use wrapped gifts (no ribbons or bows) as risers for a plate or platter. Will make your table look extra festive.

To decorate, you can pick up some pine or eucalyptus to style around the plates on your table. Will provide a festive fragrance to your table and look totally stunning.

Last but not least, beverages. Set up a coffee station with milk, sugar, stir sticks and mugs. You can also set up a mimosa bar with orange juice, cranberry juice and prosecco.

Voila! Holiday entertaining simplified by yours truly. You’re very welcome.
