Pineapple Rum Holiday Punch
The Holiday entertaining ideas are flowing around here, which also means that I’m pulling together my favorite festive cocktail recipes.
This Pineapple Rum Holiday Punch is a sweet way to enjoy some fruit in the winter months, with a kick, of course.
Pineapple Rum Holiday Punch
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Tropicana’s Pineapple Mango with Lime Juice
- 3 cups spiced dark rum
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 bottle prosecco or other sparkling white wine
- 1 fresh pineapple, sliced
- 3 fresh limes, sliced
- 2 fresh oranges, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 10 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
Mix all above ingredients together in punch bowl. Serve in glasses rimmed with honey, sugar and sprinkles. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
