Coachella x Love Shack Fancy = Mitzvah Magic!

You know how I am always talking about themes? Well that’s because it’s really the core of where our planning starts! For this party, the theme came quite easily to us…. Our Mitzvah girl’s name was Chloe, so we thought Coachella! Let’s make it Chlochella!!!

Now our birthday girl also wanted to incorporate another aspect to this party, Love Shack Fancy. Which we were all on board about and were easily able to marry the two themes together.

Right as you entered the party, guests were greeted with a seating chart and guest book station. We included all of our favorite guest book table essentials here including a book, markers, pens, washi tape, and of course a polaroid camera.

Adults then walked into cocktail hour while kids hit the dance floor (more on that in a few). At cocktail hour we took over all the back bar shelves and styled them in the Love Shack Fancy x Chlochella style.

We even added some fun elements over at the kids bar too! Also can’t forget about these custom drink pouches for the kids Mocktails :)

The adult tables really took on the Love Shack Fancy design elements. We used prints that were authentic to the brand and used them as the background for all of our designs including, place cards and table numbers.

To give the tables that added eclectic element, we sourced printed floral napkins and had the designs alternate at each seat. We also did mixed dainty bud vases around each of the table numbers. But in the bud vases I added some boho elements like dried flowers so that it would still bring in the Coachella vibes.

Off to the side of the adult dinner tables, we also did a huge baby’s breath installation which we filled with roses, garden roses, and peonies.

Over on the kids dance floor which we called our “VIP Tent”, we had a huge balloon installation happen over the dance floor by the lovely ladies at La Bella Bash.

While guests partied on the dance floor they also had access to an enclosed Photo Booth with a swing!!! Talk about fun! Obviously we added our logo all over this thing so it would be decked out!

We even added tons of custom props so that guests could use them too.

Our birthday girl did a candle lighting ceremony and we had an acrylic sign made with her name in the same font as her party logo. I loved this detail because it was an awesome take home at the end of the night!

Let’s not forget about this massive Love Shack Fancy inspired birthday cake! Made by Making that Cake.

And last but certainly not least, we worked with Suite Paperie on all the swag that guests brought home at the end of the night.

This party was totally SICK! And we love how all the details came together. Mazel Tov to our birthday girl Chloe!!!
