Your in-laws are coming over for dinner and you've got 10 minutes to whip up something stunning and delicious. Well thanks to William sonoma's seasonal recipe guide, we've got the perfect side dish for you! I'll call this: the easiest salad you'll ever make. Adapted from a Williams-Sonoma recipe. Ingredients:  Bunch of asparagus Fresh lemon juice Shallot Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Shaved parmesan Directions:  Thinly slice your asparagus spears on the bias Whisk together lemon juice, finely chopped shallot, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss asparagus with vinaigrette. Top with shaved Parmesan Now sit back and enjoy that glass of wine you poured, you're done! xx M
