At The Social Society, we’ve always believed that the best things happen when people gather. Sometimes it’s for a party, sometimes it’s for a craft night, sometimes it’s a book club or a game of mahjong. But lately we’ve been noticing something else we all have in common…
We all have a lot of admin to do.
Emails to send.
Invoices to pay.
To-do lists that somehow keep getting longer instead of shorter.
Ideas floating around that just need a little space to come to life.
And sometimes the hardest part of getting it all done is simply sitting down and starting.
So we thought — what if we created a space where our community could come together and do exactly that?
Introducing Power Hours at The Social Society.
For a few hours each week, we’re opening up the shop as a place for you to bring your laptop, your planner, your notebook, or whatever project has been waiting for your attention.
We’ll have cozy tables, cute desk setups, and a room full of people doing the same thing: getting things done.
To make it work for everyone, we’re creating two types of spaces:
The Quiet Table
For the focused crew. Headphones on, coffee nearby, deep in the zone.
The Brainstorm Table
For the yappers, the idea-generators, and the people who love talking through things. This is where conversations, collaborations, and “wait… what if we tried this?” moments happen.
Whether you’re answering emails, planning your next project, organizing your life, or finally tackling that thing you’ve been putting off, Power Hours is meant to be a space where productivity meets community.
Because sometimes the best motivation isn’t another cup of coffee…
It’s sitting in a room with people who are also trying to get their lives together for a few hours.
Bring your laptop.
